Refunds

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days before delivery of goods to request a refund.

NOTE: There might be a 2-3% deduction depending on your payment method during purchase before any refund will be made, changes are subjected to charges if necessary.

 Once the refund has been approved, we will promptly notify you. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically by Paynow/Paylah to the account details provided above within 10 business days. In the event that more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, kindly reach out to us at therapeutic.bake@gmail.com for further assistance.

Amendments of order

To ensure smooth processing, any amendments such as changes to dates, order details, or flavor/design preferences must be made at least 3 working days in advance. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate amendments requested within a shorter timeframe. For urgent amendments, please contact us at 97772095.

If you need to change the delivery or collection date or address, kindly reach out to us at 97772095 as well. We will be happy to assist you with any necessary adjustments.
